I have never forgot Tonchi saying to me on one of our subsequent visits [ they would never build anything they would not be proud to live in ] and they meant it. I recently took possession of my beautifully crafted home created from conception to completion by Diamond Residential at Lamont Place Ferndale Waikanae.
The design and build experience has been 100% positive due to the professional, caring and unquestionable skills of the principals of the company – Tonchi Begovich and Des Thomas.
As their client I felt respected and valued throughout the build process. My requests were always well received and alternatives offered when my ideas were not practical or feasible. I was often away from the area during construction but was never left wondering what was happening on site. Phone calls, written communications and photos kept me abreast of progress.
My home is a fine example of craftsman building and exudes the “Hampton Style” I desired. Diamond Residential delivered on all levels and deserve high praise for a flawless performance!!!

We have recently moved into Lamont Place which as been developed by Diamond Residential and we could not be happier with the house, the process of buying and moving in.
The design and quality of the finishes really is second to none compared with any of the houses we have ever lived in or seen in New Zealand and I feel the attention to detail would be really hard to rival in the region.
Every element is well thought out and all the finishes and appliances are top notch, plus lots of little design details which really make the house feel like a home from day one.
The whole process from first seeing the house and sensing the pride in what the team do to moving in was seamless.

It has been my good fortune to recently move into my newly built home.
My new home was built under the management of Diamond Residential. The two key figures I dealt with were Mr Tonchi Begovich (Project Manager) and Mr Des Thomas (Builder). These men were well organized, approachable, honourable and always obliging.
There were difficulties because of the Covid pandemic, heavy rainfall and building supply issues. These issues were dealt with professionally.
Now I reside in a lovely, well-constructed and beautifully finished home and could not be happier.
